It takes a little practice, but children as young a three can master it, and everyone has fun trying.
This clever little item demonstrates Bernoulli’s Principle – Law of Pressure Differential. As air is forced around the ball it must move faster in order to “catch up” to the other side. The result is a decrease in air pressure around the ball that in turn keeps the ball in place.
Wooden blower (6" long) and 2 foam balls (1½" dia). Ages 4+.
